Description | The contractor shall be responsible for traffic control . Traffic control shall comply with the MUTCD , 11th edition . The contractor shall maintain traffic flow through the work sites as deemed necessary by the City . Unless otherwise specified Contractor shall maintain vehicular and pedestrian access to all commercial and residential properties throughout construction . Temporary closures for specific construction operations shall be coordinated with the City and limited to during working operations , with access reestablished prior to the end of each working day . Contractor shall be responsible to install temporary fillets or ramps at travel way edges greater than 1 ” |
