PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: This announcement constitutes a pre-solicitation announcement of a proposed contract action pursuant to FAR 5.204. This is not a solicitation. The work is located in Atlanta, Georgia. MAGNITUDE OF WORK IS ESTIMATED: $1,000,000 TO $5,000,000 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a SBA Small Business Size of $45,000,000.
