Description | PHNSY & IMF intends to award a sole source , firm fixed price contract to Fives Machining Systems to provide a qualified and authorized original equipment manufacturer ( OEM ) to provide on - site preventive maintenance on G & L Horizontal Boring mills . This procurement is conducted under the authority ofFAR 6 . 302 - 1 , " Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements ." This requirement consists of one - year base period , four ( 4 ) one - year option periods and a 6 month extension . The planned period of performance is 4 / 27 / 2026 - 4 / 26 / 2031 . Please note the following : This notice isNOTa request for competitive proposals , and a formal solicitation will not be issued . This announcement is for informational purposes only . However , responsible sources may submit a capability statement for consideration . Submissions must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact by the closing date of this notice . |
