Description | The City of Redlands is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit proposals to perform an actuarial valuation of its retiree healthcare program as of June 30 , 2026 . This valuation serves as the foundation of information needed for the City ’ s Government Accounting Standards Board Statement No . 75 ’ s reporting . The City seeks to establish a three - term agreement with the chosen vendor for services including two optional extensions . Each term will consist of an actuarial valuation for a fiscal year starting with the fiscal year ending on June 30 , 2026 , and will provide a roll forward valuation for the next fiscal year . |
