These properties were identifiedthrough asset data and stock condition information, which confirms that they currently fall belowEPC Band C.The objective of the programme is to improve energy-efficiency, reduce space heating demand, andsupport compliance with Torus' 2030 decarbonisation objectives. In addition to efficiency upgrades,the programme will address minor structural and building condition issues identified during presurveys, ensuring that each property is made safe, compliant, and energy efficient.The programme aligns with national WH:SHF funding aims and contributes to long-term stockviability. |
