Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) is providing public notice of its intent to award a contract to Thyssen Krupp to modify an elevator at GNTC's Gordon County building 300. TK has been identified as the supplier for this modification for the reasons stated in the attached Cooperative Justification Form. Any supplier capable of providing the identified services at the same or better value may contact the college directly to provide a quote or challenge to this notice by providing a written notice to the Deputy Commissioner of the State Purchasing Division in accordance with the protest procedures outlined in section 6.5 step 4- Supplier participates in Protest process. The protest must be received. prior to the closing date and time identified within.
