Major demolition work includes the following: Demolition of the Old Plant 1 and 2 Inlet Conduit Demolition of the Abandoned Grit Facility Demolition of the Administration Building. Demolition of the Heating Building. Demolition of the Thickened Waste Activated Sludge (TWAS) Facility. Demolition of Mike’s Boulevard and adjoining tunnels. Removal High Voltage Electrical and control components Removal of Process piping as noted on the Drawings. Prior to any demolition work, remove and dispose of designated substances and other hazardous materials in accordance with Hazardous Materials Abatement. Hazardous materials surveys have been completed for this site The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
