Description | The project site is located within the airport ’ s general aviation hangar leaseholds . The work consists of temporary ( 2 - yr . lifespan ) asphalt rehabilitation through the application of Type II Road Slurry Seal over approximately 73 , 150 square feet of existing asphalt pavement . Work includes all necessary surface cleaning and preparation , to achieve proper product adhesion and performance . Scope includes application of fog seal , hot asphalt , and slurry seal products , surface grinding at transition areas , and removal and repair of a pavement tie - down . As an additive alternate , the scope includes the application of an additional 16 , 000 square feet of Type II Road Slurry Seal . |
