Description | The CONTRACTOR shall provide bridge and tunnel inspection program services to complete the Project Assignments including , but not limited to the following : 1 . Preparing construction plans , specifications , and estimates ( PS & E ) for various roadway , bridge , and tunnel related projects in accordance with State Highways and Federal Highway procedures and requirements . 2 . Obtaining and reviewing “ as - built ” plans and records on file with the Design Branch , Department of Transportation , and “ as - built ” plans with other agencies and utility companies . 3 . Coordinating all activities with the Construction Branch and attending all project coordination meetings concerning the work required under the Project Assignments . 4 . Coordinating all work with applicable government agencies and utility companies . 5 . Providing services during bidding and providing design support services during construction . 6 . Inspection services shall include but not be limited to Initial , Routine , Fracture Critical , Underwater , In - depth , Damage , and Post Event . 7 . Design related services including load rating calculations , hydraulic analyses , environmental clearances , surveying , design and post - design services for the repair of defects discovered during inspection ... |
