Sidewalk Repairs ( Watson Street ) Contractor Scope : • Remove / replace eroded , sinking , or lifted concrete sidewalk sections . • Regrade adjacent soil to prevent water pooling . • Ensure finished surfaces meet ADA slope and trip - free standards . • Restore disturbed turf areas . 2 . Electrical Repairs ( Units 705 & 905 ) Contractor Scope : • Diagnose faulty wiring , outlets , switches , or fixtures . • Repair / replace components as needed . • Ensure compliance with NEC code . • Test circuits and verify safe operation . 3 . Ceiling Repairs ( 10th Floor ) Contractor Scope : • Remove and replace water - damaged drywall and insulation . • Patch , tape , and finish ceiling surfaces . • No design is required unless structural damage exists . 4 . Rear Parking Lot Doors Contractor Scope : • Repair or replace doors for proper operation and security . • Replace hardware as needed . • Adjust alignment and ensure smooth access to egresses . • Caulk and weather seal as required . |
