This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued . This solicitation is a Request for Proposal ( RFP ). This solicitation is a 100 % Small Business Set - Aside . The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 541513 with a size standard of $ 37 , 000 , 000 . 00 . Please ensure System for Award Management ( SAM ) information includes the correct NAICS code and representations are up to date . The solicitation number is W91CRB - 26 - R - A014 . The U . S . Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground ( ACC - APG ), an agency of the Government , intends to procure the following Commercial Non - Personal Services contract to provide General Funds Enterprise Business System ( GFEBS ) support services to the U . S . Army Test and Evaluation Command located on Aberdeen Proving Ground , MD . The Government anticipates the issuance of a Firm Fixed Price ( FFP ) contract as a result of subject solicitation . The anticipated Period of Performance will be for a base year with four option years .
