Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,585 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,264 Space Type: Office, Courtroom Parking Spaces (Total): On-site, 3 surface or structured Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: 0 Years Additional Requirements: Parking: Must be on-site, reserved, secured, and discreet with a restricted-access path to the primary workspace.
