The revised version corrects identified discrepancies, including form and pack size details. • Generic RFQ – W1B FAQs This document addresses common supplier queries received to date and provides clarification to support the response process. Suppliers are reminded that all communication regarding this RFQ must be submitted via the VendorPanel messaging function. Direct contact with Queensland Health staff outside of this channel may constitute a probity breach. Please note: Submissions must be lodged via VendorPanel by the specified closing date and time.
