The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University is providing public notice of its intent to award an agency contract for one (1) year with four (4) one (1)-year renewal options. The purpose of this sole source request is to procure GiveCampus as the university's fundraising engagement platform to support strategic annual giving, crowdfunding, giving day, volunteer fundraising, donor engagement, and digital philanthropy initiatives. Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving require a solution specifically designed for higher education fundraising that can increase donor participation, support institution-wide campaigns, expand volunteer fundraising efforts, and enhance the donor experience. GiveCampus uniquely meets these requirements through its integrated suite of higher education-specific products and services, including giving day management, crowdfunding, volunteer and ambassador fundraising, modern giving forms, matching gift functionality, participation-focused engagement tools, and advancement-specific reporting and campaign management capabilities. GiveCampus is uniquely positioned to support Georgia State University's goals of increasing alumni engagement, expanding annual giving participation, growing philanthropic support, and implementing innovative digital fundraising strategies. No other solution reviewed provided the same breadth of higher education-specific functionality, fundraising expertise, peer adoption, and consolidated platform capabilities. As a result, GiveCampus is the only vendor identified that fully meets the operational and strategic requirements of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving without requiring multiple contracts, systems, or integrations to achieve similar outcomes.
