Specifications : a . Each handgun shall be supplied with owner ’ s operating manual . b . Each handgun shall be supplied with a gun lock . c . Each handgun shall have an individual serial number engraved and easily readable . d . Each handgun serial number shall be one hundred percent ( 100 %) traceable per requirements of the Bureau of Alcohol , Tobacco & Firearms e . Each invoice shall indicate the serial number of each gun ordered . f . All handguns must be of the same make and model , be current models .
