Gopher Control Service Requirements

Gopher control services will be performed at designated parks and sites throughout the year to help mitigate ongoing issues . This service contract will be good for one year and must maintain the insurance requirements as stated in the Exhibit " A " Coordination All scheduling and coordination must be arranged with the Sandy City Parks representative prior to service Pricing Provide pricing based on per hole , per square foot , or per acre , as applicable On - Site Presence A qualified technician must be present on - site during all gopher control activities Access Restrictions Driving on turf , walking paths , or landscaped areas is prohibited unless prior approval is obtained from the Sandy City Parks representative Service Hours All services must be performed between 8 : 00 AM and 2 : 30 PM , unless otherwise authorized by a Sandy City Parks Representative Safety Requirements The contractor must use only methods and products that are safe for humans , pets and birds Specifically : No poison baits No harmful techniques of any kind
