Description | The principal objective of this project is to address the resulting funding gap which stems from the inclusion of further water infrastructure works in three newly prioritised settlements not covered in the original scope. These targets will expand service coverage, strengthen resilience and ensure equitable access to clean water in line with the project’s inclusive development objective. Additional funding will be used to finance activities to improve access to sustainable domestic and industrial water supply services within the additional settlements. It will cover water infrastructure development and institutional strengthening and capacity building. |
