Includes four ( 4 ) classrooms PACKAGE DESCRIPTION PACKAGE DESCRIPTION BP 01 Earthwork & Utilities BP 11 Carpentry GENERAL REQUIREMENTS : All Bidder / Subcontractors shall include in their bids the cost to accommodate the following : 1 . Subcontract Agreement – SEE ATTACHED 2 . CL ’ s Prequalification package , if subcontractor is not already prequalified through CL ’ s prequalification process 3 . Pre - Award / Post - Bid Meeting may be held with the low bidders and selected subcontractors prior to award or scope will be discussed prior an issuance of a subcontract . 4 . Field Offices - Will not be allowed on site . 5 . Fencing and Storage - Temp fencing with gates will be provided by Cunningham Limp at the perimeter of the project area . No other secured storage areas or containers will be provided by CL . |
