Description | The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified independent contractors to provide grant writing services . 3 . SCOPE OF WORK The selected contractor will provide services that may include , but are not limited to : Conduct a funding landscape scan to identify 3 – 6 viable grant opportunities ( private foundations , corporate funders , or government grants ). to fund a Community Lead Health Center . Develop and submit approximately [ 2 – 4 ] grant proposals within the contract period . Draft compelling narratives tailored to each funder . Collaborate with organizational leadership to gather program and budget information . Provide a basic grants calendar and submission tracking document . Assist with revisions if requested by funders during the review process . 4 . DELIVERABLES Expected deliverables may include : List of recommended funding opportunities Completed and submitted grant proposals Final copies of all proposals Grant tracking spreadsheet |
