Description | The purpose of this Request for Proposal ( RFP ) is to seek proposals from qualified firms to provide hydromechanical grease interceptor ( HGI , also known as a “ grease trap ”) and gravity grease interceptor ( GGI ) cleaning and removal services to serve restaurants , food service establishments ( FSE ’ s ) and other industries that are members of the Tempe Grease Cooperative ( TGC ). The contract period will be two ( 2 ) years with an option to renew the contract for three ( 3 ) additional one - year terms . The Contract may be renewed at the City ’ s discretion and only if the Contractor has provided high quality service with demonstrated cost containment efforts . |
