Description | 1 . 1 Overview GRDA is soliciting bids for work associated with the cleaning , testing , re - gasketing , transport , removal , and installation of heat exchanger plate packs for Model Z155 CTR SPXFlow plate heat exchangers . This project consists of three ( 3 ) areas : 1 . Area 1 – Off - site chemical cleaning and re - gasketing of approximately 310 plates ( Plate Pack # 1 ). 2 . Area 2 – On - site labor during the Spring Outage 2026 to remove Plate Pack 2 and install the cleaned plate pack from Area 1 . 3 . Area 3 – Off - site chemical cleaning and re - gasketing of approximately 310 plates ( Plate Pack # 2 ). |
