Description | The work includes furnishing all labor , equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including drainage improvements / construction , pavement removal and construction , and landscaping , and all incidental construction at Lake St Clair Metropark in Macomb County , Michigan . State or federal funds are being used to assist in construction and relevant State or federal requirements will apply . Grant funding is provided by the EGLE State High Water Infrastructure ( SHWI ) Grant Program . For grants funded by the State of Michigan , the rates of wages and fringe benefits to be paid to each class of construction mechanics by the Contractor and all of its subcontractors shall be not less than the wage and fringe benefit rates prevailing in the locality in which the work is to be performed .
