Description | The Project generally consists of the construction of a new pedestrian and bicyclist bridge that crosses Deckers Creek near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Brockway Avenue in Morgantown , WV . The proposed pedestrian and bicyclist bridge is approximately 100 linear feet in length and consists of a single span prefabricated Fiber Reinforced Polymer ( FRP ) superstructure ( currently disassembled and stored at a City location ) supported on precast concrete abutments . The project includes construction of the pre - cast concrete abutments and reassembly of the FRP bridge as well as construction of ADA compliant sidewalks , pavement restoration , and trail realignment . |
