Description | Contractor will furnish all necessary labor , materials , equipment , and supervision to repair three damaged light poles , and reinstall the needed wiring near the 19th Ave tunnel . SCOPE OF WORK The contractor is responsible for the following : • Identify the three damaged light poles near the tunnel . • Repull wire as needed , contractor to determine quantity . • Repair / extend conduits as needed . • Replace fixture parts : three decorative bases , one transition piece , two fixture heads ( see fixture details in attachment D below ). • Stand and terminate the repaired light poles . • Install new anchor bolts as needed . |
