Description | • Temporary plug and drain existing 30 ” sewer line during construction . Contractor shall hire a Scuba Diver in order to plug the sewer outlet under the Detroit River . Removal of the plug after construction is completed ; • Removal of existing 28 ” magnetic flow meter inside manhole located outside the WWTP Building ; • Installation of new 28 - inch magnetic flow meter that will replace the removed one . Flowmeter purchased by others ; • Removal of the existing cable from existing manhole to the WWTP Building ; • Installation of 180 lft of new cable from proposed meter located inside manhole to the WWTP Building . Cable purchased by others ; • Removal of existing flow converter inside the building and replacement with new flow converter all mounted inside the building . Flow converter is purchased by others ; • If necessary , replace the two ( 2 ) Steel connections to the existing flowmeter ; • If necessary , replace approximately 250 Sft of 4 ” walk ; • Electrical and Mechanical Permits – Reimbursable at Cost |
