Grounds Maintenance : Mowing , Edging

The contractor shall provide all labor , equipment , and materials for the following : A . Routine Mowing & Maintenance ● Mowing : Regular lawn areas and all athletic fields shall be mowed weekly during the growing season ( roughly April – October ). Specific athletic fields may be requested to be mowed additionally , as needed . It should be noted that there is a courtyard area at the high school that requires equipment that fits through doorways . ● Trimming : String trimming around all obstacles ( trees , poles , fences , playgrounds , etc .) must be performed bi - weekly . ● Clean - up : All clippings must be blown off sidewalks , parking lots , and entryways immediately following service . ● Spraying : Spraying of weeds throughout the district , approximately twice a year . B . Seasonal Clean - ups ● Spring : Clean - up of winter debris , basic ground prep for any areas needing attention , etc . ● Fall : Branch and Leaf clean up . Disposal is available on school grounds .
