TASK FREQUENCY ; Mowing Weekly / 30 times ; Lawn Edging / String Trimming Following each mowing ; Litter Pick Up Prior to mowing ; Blowing off sidewalks / roadways / etc . Following each mowing ; Mowing Guidelines ; • Mow grass to a height to ensure uniformity appropriate to the mowing season . • Grounds should be cleared of any litter and debris prior to mowing . Care must be taken to pick up trash and paper rather than mowing over it . • Care shall be exercised when mowing around or near vehicles . Contractor ’ s insurance shall cover repairs to vehicles such as chipped paint , dinged glass , etc . if directly caused by use of mowers , string trimmers , or blowers in the accomplishment of services . • Trimming or edging should occur following each mowing along the building perimeter , trees , landscaped beds , sidewalks , curbs , etc . • Grass clippings will be blown from all sidewalks , parking lots , landscape beds , etc . after each mowing . Pay Requests • Submit after all work is complete . • Invoices may be submitted in person , by mail or email . • Invoices may be submitted weekly , bi - weekly , or monthly .
