Groundskeeping Services for MDH Potomac Center and SETT

Standards A . The Contractor shall be familiar with the Potomac Center / SETT facilities and how the existing conditions at the facilities will affect their work . i . The Potomac Center and SETT are residential care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities who may have co - occurring mental disorders . The work area must be safe at all times . Vehicles , equipment , tools , and materials must be secure from residents at all times . ii . The Potomac Center and SETT are not responsible for any damages to or theft of tools , equipment , materials , or vehicles that are not properly stored and / or secured from residents . iii . As a State of Maryland property , smoking is prohibited on grounds . iv . The Contractor may not take any photographs or videos inside of the campus or of the premises . B . The Contractor shall ensure that all groundskeeping services are provided by trained and , as applicable , licensed personnel using current acceptable industry practices . The Contractor will provide staff able to perform work at the highest standards of horticultural practice . The State reserves the right to demand the replacement of Contractor ’ s staff who do not meet the owner ’ s standards for safety , professionalism , or horticultural knowledge .
