Prior to performing job responsibilities , the location will be inspected for excess standing water , loose mud or soil , or any fallen large limbs , debris , trees , etc . that could impede completion of mowing or trimming efforts . Any such findings will be communicated to the Facilities Director immediately . All sidewalks , parking lots , or other entry ways will be cleared / cleaned / blown and free from grass , debris , trimmings , etc . after mowing and / or trimming each location . All effort will be made to eliminate excessive grass mounds from properties by using mowers with bag catchers , raking , double mowing , utilizing blowers , etc . All equipment necessary to complete the scope of work will be provided by the contractor / vendor that is awarded the contract . Additional mows may be requested by owner and will be paid at the rate per mow that is outlined under the Groundskeeping Scope of Work . Adding additional mowing locations will be considered as a Change in Scope of Work and will require an addendum to the contract .
