The proposed order is for twenty ( 20 ) Insulation , Thermal PN L31902P02 , thirty ( 30 ) Insulation , Thermal PN L31902P03 , ten ( 10 ) Insulation , Thermal PN L31902P04 , ten ( 10 ) Insulation , Thermal PN L31902P07 , one hundred sixty ( 160 ) Retainer , Insulation PN L31903P01 , ten ( 10 ) Insulation , Blanket PN L31907P01 ; ten ( 10 ) Insulation , Blanket PN L31909P02 , eight ( 8 ) Brackets PN L24396P001A , sixteen ( 16 ) Tube , HPT Cooling Lower PN L51374G08 , sixteen ( 16 ) Tube , HPT Cooling Upper PN L51375G08 , eight ( 8 ) Tube , Oil PN L51317G01 , and sixteen ( 16 ) Nozzle , Ejector – Seal Pressure , Sump PN L42841G02 . The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U . S .
