DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA ( DCC ) – HAZWG11_SC83088 – Gutter Cleaning – 17 Wing Winnipeg , MB The work includes , but is not necessarily limited to , the supply of labour , material , supervision , and equipment necessary to clean all eavestroughs , downspouts and extensions on Residential Housing Units ( RHUs ) within the Canadian Forces Housing Authority ( CFHA ) portfolio in Winnipeg , MB NOTE : There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity . The Work must be completed no later than 92 calendar days after notification of contract award . If mutually agreed , the contract may be extended for two ( 2 ) additional one ( 1 ) year periods under the same Terms and Conditions . See Amendment no . 1 for further details . As per Acknowledgement Document , Item 7 – Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 ( thirty ) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender , their bid security , if required by the tender , ( i ) if in the form of a wire transfer , shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada , or ( ii ) if in the form of a Bid Bond , the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond .
