Description | 1 . The flooring contractor shall be considered the general contractor with the bleacher contractor as the subcontractor . 2 . The existing flooring shall be prepped ( including transitions ) for placement of a synthetic rubber shock pad with an all - purpose athletic resin flooring . 3 . The existing bleachers shall be dismantled in place and removed from the site . The new bleachers shall be closed back , wall mounted and electronically operated in a telescopic manner . Minimum seating shall be 300 seats . |
