The project includes all material , labor , and related appurtenances for rehabilitation of a gravity sewer main in Adairsville , Georgia . This project involves pressure grouting and CIPP lining of approximately 335 linear feet of 12 - inch DIP gravity sewer main , in which 100 linear feet are located within CSX right - of - way . Access will be provided through two existing manholes situated outside of the CSX right - of - way . No excavation is required , as the existing sanitary sewer will be rehabilitated in place utilizing trenchless CIPP lining methods . The project will also include the rehabilitation of two existing sanitary sewer manholes . The Contractor will be responsible for providing all documentation required by CSX to obtain the necessary railroad permit for the work within the right - of - way . At a minimum , this includes : ( 1 ) a current Certificate of General Liability insurance meeting CSX ’ s requirements ; ( 2 ) Railroad Protective Liability ( RPL ) coverage if work occurs within 50 feet of the tracks — Contractors may provide their own RPL policy or may elect to purchase CSX - issued RPL coverage for $ 1 , 250 per job location ; and ( 3 ) all CIPP manufacturer design calculations required for CSX review and approval . Failure to provide complete and compliant railroad submittals may delay permit issuance and the start of work .
