Description | The City of Duluth is seeking a contractor to construct accessible trails and adjacent site improvements at Hawk Ridge Observatory , located at 3980 E Skyline Parkway , Duluth , MN 55804 . Construction of these improvements includes but is not limited to safety / access control / project fencing , erosion control measures , vegetation protection fencing , protection of existing utilities , removals , site grading and preparation , trail improvements , providing and installing boardwalks , restoration of all disturbed areas , removal of erosion control measures and fencing following site stabilization and approval by Owner . |
