Description | The Haystack Heights Phase 2 Project includes approximately 1504 feet of 6 - inch HDPE water main installation and pavement restoration , including replacing 2 AC pipe on Deer Place , 2 " PVC pipe on Coho Place , and 4 " PVC pipe on East Chinook Avenue with 6 " HDPE pipe . Two new fire hydrants will also be installed . All work will be in the City right - of - way . Funding for both design and construction will be provided through the City ' s Capital Plan . |
