Description
Description | Contractor will work with City Inspectors , Department Community Forester , and City Project Manager ( PM ). The Contractor will be notified of a tree inspection request via email . This inspection request will include : • the description of the potentially hazardous tree ( s ); • its address ; and • contact information for the inspector ; • contact information for the property owner ( if available ) Upon receipt of an inspection request from the Department , Contractor shall evaluate the tree for hazardous conditions and shall complete and submit an arborist report via an electronic spreadsheet . The format is included in Attachment A . Reporting Hazardous Trees . The Contractor shall follow the hazardous qualifiers designated by the Department Community Forester . If , in the Contractor ’ s professional opinion , the tree creates potentially hazardous or nuisance conditions , Contractor shall include their recommendation to correct the hazard on the arborist report . Arborist may recommend removal , pruning , or other action . Contractor shall also attach photos of the hazard to the electronic spreadsheet . |
