1 . Provide all labor , tools , materials , supplies , equipment , insurance , permits and licenses necessary to lawfully pick up , transport , and properly dispose of pesticide waste products generated by the contract location , on an as needed basis . 2 . Properly prepare chemicals for packaging , labeling , marking , weighing , manifest , and transport . 3 . Provide a detailed cost sheet for chemicals picked up per location . This sheet shall include type and amount of waste and must be completed on site and verified by PPDB . 4 . Pick up chemical waste from the location ( s ) specified within the time frames required by PPDB and in accordance with the EPA , Cal EPA , and DTSC requirements . 5 . Scheduled Pick - ups to occur only Monday through Friday , 8am to 5pm , excluding state holidays . 6 . Confirm with PPDB staff in advance of the date and time of pick - up and receive acknowledgement of the pick - up . If a pick - up date and time must be rescheduled , contractor will notify PPDB staff to arrange another pick - up date not to exceed the legal time frame to store chemical waste . 7 . Pick - ups of hazardous waste will occur at intervals no longer than every 180 days . See Attachment 2 . Attachment 2 – Chemical List is an inventory of materials waste products involved in this agreement . Quantities of materials will vary by pick - up but not exceed the maximum amount listed . All facets of waste pick - up and disposal shall be completed according to all local , state , and federal regulations and to the satisfaction of the project coordinators and laboratory management staff . 8 . Comply with all provisions of federal , state , and local laws and regulations relating to hazardous waste pick up , transporting , and disposal . 9 . Inspect , note and report all hazards .
