HCC & TPPL Fleet Management Services and Supplies Framework

HCC and TPPL will be inviting tenders for organisations to participate in a 48-month closed framework for the provision of a range of fleet management services and supplies. The range of services and supplies to include Fleet Management: Outsourcing of all, or some of the fleet management function. Including but not limited to scheduled and ad hoc maintenance and repair, inspections/certifications, telematics, grey fleet oversight, rental coordination, purchase coordination, driver management (licence checks, drug/alcohol tests/medicals/statutory tests), operators licence duties, accident management (notification of loss, claims handling, downtime recovery, and access to repair networks). Tyres and Ancillary Services: Supply, fitting, disposal, roadside support, seasonal changeovers, and related services. Fuel Cards: Multi-brand fuel card solutions with spend tracking, reporting, and rebate options. To include options for EV charging. Vehicle and Equipment Disposal: Disposal of vehicles, plant, and other associated equipment or assets, via auction and/or scrappage. Ancillary services can include recovery and disposal of abandoned vehicles. Fleet Management Software: Provision of a range of software solutions to aid members in managing their fleet. To include maintenance scheduling, workshop management software, cost management and recording, driver behaviour monitoring, licence checks, fuel usage monitoring and management systems, licence check, tracking, route optimisation, and asset booking.
