Description | The City of Pasadena Public Health Department is seeking proposals for the creation of a three-year Health Equity Action Plan including an implementation framework. This Plan is expected to advance the health equity mission for the Department – working together to ensure everyone in Pasadena has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible. Within this RFP you will find a description of the desired elements, methods, and terms of application.The Department seeks a qualified vendor with demonstrated experience in health equity approaches, strategic planning, organizational evaluation, and successfully driving change in the public sector – preferably in the realm of public health and/or health services. The vendor must demonstrate a strong understanding of the impact of structural racism and bias on health equity. The vendor <span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 107%; color: #131517; background: white;">will have experience synthesizing stakeholder and programmatic input into implementation and evaluation benchmarks designed to advance health equity in real world settings.</span> |
