Description | The purchase and installation of two ( 2 )- 4 - ton heat pump systems with 20 kw electric backup heaters , and One ( 1 ) ductless mini split multiport outdoor unit with three ( 3 ) 9 , 000 btuh ceiling cassettes . • Vendor will provide labor and materials necessary to install the above systems • Vendor will be responsible for all duct work , supply runs , diffusers , return filter grills , equipment pads , etc , and running wiring from breaker panels to the equipment they install . • Warranty : 5 years or better parts and compressor for equipment , and 1 year labor on workmanship . |
