Description | The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University is providing public notice of its intent to award an agency contract for one (1) year with four (4) one (1)-year renewal options to Heliox for To provide electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including twenty (20) depot chargers, commissioning services, system integration, warranty support, operator and maintenance training, and technical support necessary to implement Georgia State University's FTA-awarded Low or No Emission Vehicle Program project. Heliox has been identified as the sole source for this purchase for the reasons stated in the attached Sole-Source Justification Form. This is a public works sole source. Please see attached BOR Protest procedure. |
