the adjacent Henry Law Park . 1 . 3 SCOPE OF WORK A . In general , and without limitation , furnish all labor , materials , equipment , and incidentals associated with the construction of new storm drainage pipe and structures , sanitary sewer pipe and structure replacement , sanitary sewer reconstruction and rehabilitation , replacement of existing water main and appurtenances , roadway , sidewalk , and curbing improvements within the R . O . W ., and new underground stormwater management systems and outfall as indicated on the Drawings and specified herein . B . The Work includes , but is not necessarily limited to , the following major items : 1 . Obtain permits as required under Section 01060 – “ Permits and Regulatory Requirements .” 2 . Excavating , filling , backfilling , compacting , and grading for drainpipe installation , catch basin and manhole installation , water main replacement , sewer and sewer manhole replacement , and pavement , sidewalk , and curbing construction . 3 . Restore pavement surfaces , sidewalks , curbing , utilities , retaining walls , granite walls , shrubbery , grass , posts , signs , etc . disturbed by Contractor ’ s activities . Shore or guy any utility poles as required by utility company . Replace any disturbed bounds utilizing the services of a registered land surveyor .
