Description | The City of Montgomery is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide herbicide application services for drainage ditches and sewer outfalls . The awarded contractor shall furnish all labor , supervision , equipment , materials , tools , transportation , insurance , and incidentals necessary to perform vegetation control and maintenance services in accordance with this SOW and all applicable laws and regulations . The City ’ s objective is to ensure uninterrupted drainage flow , reduce maintenance costs , and comply with environmental and safety standards . The contractor shall perform monthly , semi - annual , and annual herbicide treatments as directed by the City . All work must be completed within the timeframes specified in each Notice to Proceed ( NTP ). Failure to meet deadlines may result in contract suspension or disqualification from future City solicitations . |
