Complete all work needed for the 24 ’ x36 ’ Storage Building in its entirety . Including but not limited to earthwork , concrete , metal siding and trims , shingled roof , doors / hardware / frames , overhead doors , electrical work , etc . Engineered / Stamped drawings of building and foundations are by this bid category . Awarded Company will use these drawings for State permitting review / approval . Construction will start onsite after State of Michigan reviews the drawings generated by this bid package . Typical process takes approximately 3 months after submitting to the State of Michigan for review . Awarded Company to handle application process . Construct to following specifications : 24 ’ x 36 ’ delegated design post and frame structure for cold storage 10 ’ side walls Roof pitch – 5 / 12 Metal Siding – color to be from standard color options . Trim color – TBD No interior finishes or insulation required . ( cold storage ) ( 1 ) – 7 ’ x14 ’ manually operated overhead door – ( non - insulated ) Provide any and all hardware . Coordinate with Owner for keying . ( 1 ) – 36 ” hollow metal man door Provide any and all hardware . Coordinate with Owner for keying . Asphalt Shingled roof with 25 - to - 30 - year warranty included . Roof vents as required . Miscellaneous sheet metal flashing and trim , gutters , downspouts , and caulking with splash pads . Provide unit prices for double pane insulated windows with double locks and screen . Provide a poured concrete ramp .
