Repair and Resurfacing the existing PBHS Tennis Courts with an appropriate structural spray solution . • Contractor will make any repairs needed to Court prior to spraying • Contractor will clean surface as needed for adhesion . • Contractor will mask off fence , sidewalks and other adjacent areas to avoid overspray • Contractor will apply 2 structural spray layers to be applied uniformly at the accepted professional application rate for acrylic resurfacer to the entire playing surface . • Contractor will apply 2 textural acrylic color coatings to applicable surfaces up to the entire playing surface as required . • Contractor will ensure existing drainage is left intact and functional upon completion of project • Structural spray color to be same as existing • Contractor will paint all color coded striping per ASBA Standards • Contractor will provide a bid bond of 5 % with the sealed bid , awarded contractor will provide a performance and payment bond for 100 % of project cost . • Contractors bid will include the following in the total cost estimate :  Spot Grinding  Crack Filling Maintenance  Low Area Maintenance ( fill low areas and warranty of work )  Court Patch Binder ( one Coat for the entire surface and warranty of work )
