Description | General Requirements : The contractor shall provide administration of HIV client services for the Department of Health and Senior Services ( hereinafter referred to as “ state agency ”) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency . The contractor shall supply the mechanism for the authorization , delivery , and reimbursement of a continuum of HIV - related care and support services ( hereinafter collectively referred to as “ services ”) to enrolled , eligible clients , which effectively , efficiently , consistently , and equitably serve clients throughout the State of Missouri . The contractor shall assist the state agency with the development and maintenance of medical billing codes and fee schedules to ensure the program maintains comparable reimbursement and retains contracts with providers |
