Description | The selected firm will be required to perform all necessary engineering and design services to support sidewalk construction , including but not limited to : • Site surveying and mapping • Preliminary and final design drawings • Environmental documentation and permitting ( if applicable ) • NCDOT and ADA compliance assurance • Coordination with property owners and public utilities • Engineering plans for safe crossing of three ( 3 ) commercial driveways • Preparation of contract documents and specifications suitable for bidding • Cost estimates and project phasing recommendations • Right - of - way identification ( if necessary ) • Project coordination with Hoke County , NCDOT Division 8 , and FHWA representatives |
