Description | Work shall include , but not be limited to , repair or replacement of the upstairs bathroom tub / shower combination valve assembly , including the diverter mechanism that directs water flow from the tub spout to the shower head , which is currently nonfunctional . The Contractor shall also repair or replace the leaking faucet and both hot and cold control knobs to ensure full shutoff capability without leakage . Additionally , the Contractor shall diagnose and correct water hammer conditions occurring in both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms during faucet shutoff and toilet flushing , which may include the installation of water hammer arrestors , securing of loose piping , or adjustment of system pressure , as necessary to eliminate the condition . |
