<p style="text-align: justify;">The City of Palm Desert is requesting proposals from qualified providers ("Proposers") for Homeless Outreach and Engagement Services to establish a Homeless Outreach and Engagement Program ("Agreement").&nbsp; To serve and promote the welfare of its residents, the City intends to procure the services, as described below.&nbsp;&nbsp;<p style="text-align: justify;">The City of Palm Desert is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to partner and collaborate on Homeless Outreach and Engagement Services.&nbsp; The City's Outreach and Engagement Contract will provide street outreach, engagement activities, housing navigation, care coordination and linkage to supportive services to reduce barriers to shelter, housing and treatment.&nbsp; The primary focus of services is to reach and support those experiencing homelessness in the city whose circumstances may have increased barriers to housing and other vulnerabilities.&nbsp; Services will be provided in the field, at street and community locations, with an emphasis on providing immediate and responsive support to anyone experiencing homelessness.&nbsp;&nbsp;
