The Agency's Data Platform built on Azure Databricks in 2019-20, requires improvements to support its expanded use for production grade data management, decision support and analytics.\r\rThe services are outcome-based and project-driven, intended to improve the operational reliability, DevOps/DataOps maturity, and architectural robustness of the Authority's enterprise Azure-based data platform.\r\rStrategic objectives behind this contract are:\r- Improve operational reliability and platform resilience.\r- Enable multi-developer DevOps workflows across Sandbox, Dev, Pre-Prod, and Production.\r- Standardise Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.\r- Implement structured CI/CD using Azure DevOps.\r- Strengthen DataOps governance and controlled data promotion.\r- Reduce configuration drift and production risk.\r- Increase integration with GIS and other agency data systems.\r- expand support for Data Science, AI and handling unstructured data at scale.
